We’ve had a bit of progress on the house front: the planning conditions attached to our permission have now been formally discharged. That means the local authority is satisfied with the details we submitted — things like materials, drainage, and landscaping — and we’re now permitted to begin construction.
We’ve already got the builders lined up and ready to go, so now we’re just waiting on mortgage approval before work can begin on site. It’s encouraging to be at this stage, and we’re hoping things will move fairly quickly from here.
We’ll share more updates once we’ve got a confirmed start date — hopefully not too far off now.
